Who may use BubCheck
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter this agreement. Keep your account accurate and secure, and do not share or sell access to it.
Honest participation
Only review products you genuinely used. Do not post fabricated, copied, coordinated, paid, or misleading reviews. Disclose any free product, discount, employment, family relationship, or other material connection that could affect your opinion. Verification badges describe signals BubCheck checked; they are not a guarantee that every statement is correct.
Your content and photo permission
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give BubCheck a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, resize, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the service. A review-photo catalog feature requires the separate permission shown during upload, and BubCheck keeps the recorded version and time of that choice.
You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not violate privacy, copyright, trademark, or other rights. Product and brand names belong to their respective owners; listing them does not imply sponsorship.
Moderation and account action
BubCheck may review, limit, remove, or preserve content and may pause or close accounts to enforce these terms, protect users, investigate abuse, or comply with law. Members can report reviews for owner review. BubCheck may make mistakes and welcomes appeals at the contact address below.
Independent information—not a guarantee
BubCheck provides community opinions and product information “as is.” It does not guarantee product accuracy, safety, availability, prices, or fitness for a particular job. Follow manufacturer instructions and applicable safety rules. BubCheck is not liable for indirect or consequential losses to the extent permitted by law.
Changes and ending use
You may stop using BubCheck and request account deletion. BubCheck may update these terms as the service grows; material changes will be dated and may require renewed acceptance.
